About the Authors

Pete, Marie, and sons Mike and Matt Madsen. Pete and Marie became husband and wife in 1981. Pete earned his MS degree in physical education from the University of Idaho (’83), retiring from teaching and coaching in the Coshocton City School District (‘15). Marie holds a MS degree in clinical psychology from the University of Idaho (’83), retiring as guardian ad litem for Coshocton County Juvenile Court (‘18). Mike graduated with a BFA degree in graphic design from Ohio Northern University (‘11) and is an HR specialist 2 for Thermo Fisher Scientific in Pittsburgh, PA. Matt graduated with a BFA degree in graphic design from Ohio Northern University (’13) and is a user experience designer for Safelite AutoGlass in Columbus, OH.
