Poems of Praise and Promise is a compilation of poems written over a lifetime by the authors in this book. Our humble goal was to inspire readers with spirit-led poems that divert all honor and glory to the Creator of us all in creative and sometimes humorous fashion. Besides poetic topics covering faith-based inspirations, other topics include making daily individual choices, navigating personal undertakings and suffering through difficult life situations, Covid-era isolation experiences, nature inspirational settings, and the unsettling process of growing old in life.
This world can be both a beautiful place and a brutal one at the same time; we can encounter a place of healing and creative beauty, alongside the pain and strife that is also waiting for us at every turn in life.
